I’ve been here twice now and both times all the dentists and hygienists have been absolutely above and beyond wonderful. Special shout out to Kelly. I’m not the biggest fan of dental work (who is) and I was having a hard time in my latest appointment. She was so kind and warm and understanding unlike any dentist I’ve been too in the past.

Although the procedure sucked, I know someone else could and would have made it suck a lot more. So I appreciate her time and effort to make me as comfortable as possible.

I went to Riccobene Associates and the provider Kathryn P Riley missed diagnose my care. (The Issue) I had serve tooth pain. My tooth was sensitive to cold, heat and my jaw was swollen. Doc Riley did not go over my treatment plan nor go over my level of care. She preformed a filling and ordered a crown. After the procedure I was informed that a root canal was the correct form of treat for my tooth.

I have been in pain since the procedure. Doc Riley had me to return the office on 05/27/2025 and refused care via the root canal. During my visit my level level of care was handled very poorly by Doctor Riley and her staff. I would not recommend Doc Riley and her professional opinion.

I highly recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry. We have been going to this office since relocating to the area. We were very pleased to find a dentist's office that was as good as what we were used to. I recently visited for my regular cleaning which included x-rays. Darby was my hygienist.

Darby gave me what felt like the most thorough cleaning that I can remember, but she was so precise and gentle that I could have taken a nap but for the need to be awake to spit every once and a while. She even encouraged me to re-start the wearing of my retainer. Great job Darby, my teeth are as bright as ever.

Was warmly greeted by the receptionist upon walking up the door, she was by professional and cheery. She only had one request, and simply asked to update my Hippa form, and then informed me who my Dental Hygienist was going to be. I was taken back to my "room #2" by a young lady I thought was my hygienist, but found out was a office assistant. Also very personable.

My Hygienist appeared shortly after (Darby) who was very professional and seemed to be like a Hygienist plus! After completing the cleaning, etc. , I was expecting the ritual step in by the Lead Office Dentist, but we bypassed this. I am not complaining about that, but this office seems to be a revolving door for the Lead Office Dentist so it would have been nice if, at a minimum, he would have looked in and introduced himself. Maybe I will see him on 7 - 27? Maybe?
