After a few bad experiences with pediatric Dentists, I was desperate in finding a Dentist who would show compassion and actually care about my children. Well I have found what I was looking for and more in Dr. Heinowitz and his staff at the Highland Park office. It made me emotional to see how much they cared about my children. They went above and beyond to make sure my children were comfortable.

I cant thank them enough. This is by far the best dentist i have EVER taken my children to. Thank you Dr. Heinowitz and staff for all that you do! I appreciate every last one of you. :)

I have been coming to Dr Heinowitz for 15 years and through 3 kids. Dr. Heinowitz is thorough, straight forward, caring and an overall incredible dentist. His staff is very nice, helpful, informative and welcoming. I highly recommended his practice to anyone looking for a great pediatric dentist. You will not be disappointed.

I just had one of the worst experiences with this office, and will most certainly not be going back. We arrived early for our 9AM appointment with our 2 kids. Because of an insurance change, they told us that our insurance is no longer covered by their office. They were going to charge up to $120 per child if we had to reschedule, which is outrageous for a teeth cleaning - the dentists verbatim reply - sell your children.

We then established that we would pay the non insured cost of $300 total. It was only then they decided to actually check the insurance, so they kept the kids waiting for 40 minutes while they let 3 kids in front of us (although they had already stated that the cancel fee was so high because their office came in just for us). I am not sure why they could not check the insurance while seeing the kids who arrived bright and early given that we would pay the full price regardless of the outcome. The whole interaction was embarrassing from a a business perspective and I would never chose to support a business that treats its patients/customers this way.

Oh, and in the past, they continually billed my insurance wrong, tried to bill us, and wrote very aggressive letters about us not paying although it was 100% their issue with billing.

Always a great experience when my family goes to Dr. Heinowitz. The Dr. and his staff are always incredibly welcoming, kind and efficient. Both of my children never complain about going to the dentist. I never have a problem getting an appointment. Everyone in the office treat my children as if they are their own family. I would highly recommend!
