Dr Shantzer is the best around. He always makes you feel like a customer and makes you feel important. The entire staff there is awesome and they make sure you are comfortable and at ease. Shannon at the front desk is always super friendly and easy to work with unlike other dentist offices in the area where you feel like a burden to them when you call. I highly recommend giving them a try!

I was very impressed as a new patient to Richboro Dental Excellence. The office is very clean and efficient. Maria took x-rays of my teeth performed an excellent cleaning. This was the first time in my life that I had a choice whether I wanted the sonic cleaning with water or a simple manual cleaning with a dental pick. I chose the simple manual cleaning and did not have to deal with the water suction thing hanging out of my mouth. There were no complications.

Dr Shantzer reviewed my x-rays and performed an evaluation of my dental status. He noted a few capped teeth that they will monitor, but that overall my teeth were fine. Checkout was very easy and my next appointment is set. I am very happy to be a patient of Dr Shantzer.

Called when I woke up with my cheek swollen beyond belief. At first I wasn't sure what the issue was, because looking back, I think the tooth and root were already dead (wisdom tooth - upper right). They squeezed me in, took the x rays to confirm that's what it was, prescribed any biotic and said come back Monday. Went in nervous as I never had a tooth extracted before. They explained the process, numbed it up, and popped it in under 15 minutes. No pain, didn't destroy my day, I left and went back to work.

No one enjoys dental work. Especially when there is a problem. These guys define "professionals". My new go to dentist for sure.
