Today was my first visit with River Run and from the time I checked in until I left I was thoroughly impressed! All the staff was nice and helpful. The dentist has always given me anxiety but today I enjoyed my visit & exam! Tiyana the dental hygienist was very informative and so was Dr.Brittany Fields. I look forward to my next visit.

I've had terrible anxiety surrounding dental offices my entire life, and for the first time, I felt completely at ease and peaceful during my cleaning appointment. It has been over a year since I went for a checkup, as I kept postponing due to the anxiety. From the time I walked in the door, I was greeted by welcoming staff and a relaxing environment. I appreciated the snacks and beverages offered in the waiting room.

When I went back for my cleaning, my hygienist Mya was calm and made me feel at ease. The comfort menu that she offered me is a game changer! Truly, I was blown away at the complimentary items that were available. The comfort menu included things like a plush blanket, headphones, lip balm, aromatherapy, chilled or heated eye mask, and more. I opted to try the blanket and a heated eye mask, and these items were insanely comforting and relaxing during my cleaning.

This experience totally changed my relationship with dental experiences. Everyone was so kind and calm, and I felt snug and safe the entire time. I'm actually really excited to go back in 6 months for my next cleaning! Now I don't dread going to the dentist, because it feels like a soothing spa experience that I can look forward to. Thanks River Run team! You rock!

This was my first appointment at River Run Dental. Everyone was very friendly, it was easy to make an appointment and they sent regular reminders and forms via text/email. During the appointment I felt like they used a lot of new scanning tools to get a good baseline for my dental health. They have fun options to add a level of comfort to your visit like optional blanket, neck pillow, and a warm lavender towel when finished.

At checkout, they had already looked up my insurance benefit options so I could make an informed decision on optional treatments. The office is VERY clean and they offer beverages while you wait. I really enjoyed my visit and look forward to staying long-term with this practice! My 16 year old daughter went a few weeks before me and she really enjoyed it as well.

I started out as an Invisalign patient with Dr. Bui and was so impressed with the care that I quickly switched over to become a regular patient. Then just a few days ago, I had a dental emergency and was immediately seen by Dr. Field and Kimmy today for the first time, and let me just emphasize and say this, they were both absolutely WONDERFUL. Dr. Field is incredibly kind, warm, and down-to-earth.

She made me feel at ease from the moment I sat in the chair. What stood out most was her honesty, she carefully explained all of my options before starting anything, made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way, and triple-checked that I was completely happy with the results before I left. That kind of care and attention is something you don’t find everywhere, and I’ve already requested to see her from now on. Scheduling here is always fast and easy, and they follow up with plenty of reminders, which I really appreciate. The front office is always kind and helpful, and it just makes the whole experience stress-free. Suzanne is wonderful and always greets me with a smile which is So appreciated! Finally, I have to give a huge shoutout to Mickaela, the Invisalign/ortho tech.

She is one of the biggest reasons I love coming back. From the start, she’s been incredibly patient, welcoming, honest, and knowledgeable. She always makes me feel comfortable, takes the time to make sure everything fits and feels just right, and is just a joy to see. Mickaela truly makes every visit better, and I’m so grateful for her! This whole team is amazing, and I can’t recommend them enough. If you're looking for a dental office that truly cares and treats you like more than just a patient, this is it.
