I made an appointment for a 3 pm dental cleaning online through their website. When I got to the office at 2:45 pm, there was no receptionist and nobody inside. Door locked. No one showed up at all. No one responded to my phone calls. Is this location even still operational? I hear the phone ringing inside and obviously no one’s there.

An awesome place to receive healthy dentist work. The staff is very nice, professional. Dr. Lauer explains in details, take his time and gentle in cleaning the teeth, doing my root canal, etc. The dental hygienist Sasha is amazing. Isabella who attend the front desk is so professional and make sure you understand of the appointment and what is to be done at the next visit.

This experience was so terrible I walked out of the appointment. I arrived early to complete paperwork, only to be informed the dentist was in traffic and would 20 minutes late. They decided to start x-rays, but X-ray tech did not know how to use machine so I sat there for 15 minutes in uncomfortable positions without any results. I had to ask for my own radiographic shield.
30 minutes from my appointment time the dentist still was not present. I am disappointed my insurance company recommended this place.
