Juno Bug

My son has been coming here for 5 years, always a great experience as I am very particular about my children and their providers- a first bad experience can be traumatic. However, today will be my last visit. My son was treated by a 'Dr. Liz: who was visibly aggravated by my inquiry as to why my 6 year old needed x-rays , something that could/should have been an easy answer if he infact needed it. She was actually annoyed from the start of the visit, not introducing herself to my son nor me and without opening his mouth with no instruction.

The tech who cleaned his teeth was informative,kind and took her time, this 'doctor' was not. I attempted to speak with an Amy Frankel who was too busy trying to refute my experience rather than being empathetic. They don't have floss and they don't have toothbrushes/toothpaste to give to their patients either, just stickers! Dental health education is a loss on that front. It is unfortunate that I will have to find another provider but I am. I can't chance someone having a bad day working on my son and/or having a horrible disposition and there is no recourse.

An ' I will speak with the doctor about this or I do apologize for your experience ' would have gone a long way as I would have felt heard! UPDATE: The receptionist called and apologized profusely to which I appreciate and accept. I only wish for the sake of customer care could have happened while there.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Robert Frankel and his team. The staff is professional, welcoming, and efficient. Scheduling was incredibly easy, and I was able to get an appointment much faster than expected. The office is well-organized, and the level of care was top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommend Dr. Frankel for anyone looking for quality care with minimal wait time.
