I had a horrible experience with this clinic. I went there in February to have my baby tooth cleaned and I checked him out. The dentist said that my 6-year-old son had no cavities but she didn't take any x-rays. Now in June, my son started to feel pain. I took him to another dentist and he has a huge cavity and is already losing his tooth. The dentist said that if they had taken x-rays and done their job, this wouldn't have happened.

Now, speaking of the secretary named Melissa, she really works hard. I called there a month in advance to schedule an appointment because my baby tooth was growing in very crooked. When I called, she said that they don't see children there. I said, "How can I take my 2 children there?" She checked and saw that I was really a patient and said, "But you already have a cleaning for August. " I said, "Yes, I know, but I want to schedule another appointment. Can I?" She didn't want to schedule the appointment.

I called the other one to try to complain, but the lady didn't care, but she was kind and scheduled another appointment for the end of July. This week, my son started to feel a lot of pain. I called there and Melissa herself said that there was no dentist and for me to look for another place! I think you should teach your employees to be respectful towards customers.

I don’t leave reviews unless I feel really called to. Dr. Tatiana left such a good impression. She did an awesome job on my filling- so quick and so professional- and it was my furthest back tooth too. She also very patiently and deliberately answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns about wisdom teeth removal. Highly recommend!
