Never knew how rude some people can be! There is a waiting list up to 3 years just to take care of your teeth especially it rotten away and half is missing plus cavities! This is 5 months ago and the appointment was for next and and the doctor is on vacation up until May! I have no choice whatsoever but to see another person but there is no promises if they are going to takecare of my son who has Down Syndrome and really needs the help! Truthfully they don't give s damn! Shame on you! Heartless people! Especially the lady got the phone and was very nasty! I'm going to file a complaint with medicaid and horizon nj health too!

Don’t waste your time like I did! This place is disgusting. Rusty equipment, dirty like someone spit stuff all over the walls, chairs, floor . . everywhere! I was waiting for a rat to run by my feet! The students and dentists judge you so much.

I caught one student giving dirty looks to the student that was helping me. Than that same student and another student were talking about how some woman who was just there was so mad she didn’t get work done and had to leave. That’s ridiculous! That’s no way to speak about a potential patient! Someone who’s in pain & doesn’t speak English. I pray that woman doesn’t go back there.

The “dentist” that came to check on my students work was rude to her calling her names. I felt like I was on a prank show! When I walked out I asked for my referral back and the one who was giving the dirty looks was looking at me from down the hall shaking her head no. Those students aren’t going to get far in life in they’re all acting like that & have “dentists” like that helping them.

I had the worst experience at this dental practice. The first student dentist was terrible at communicating important information to me, leaving me confused and frustrated. The second student dentist ‘accidentally’ pulled out my bridge, which only added to my anxiety.

After deciding to leave the practice, I’ve now been waiting for over 45 days without receiving the refund I was promised, even though they charged me for services they never performed. I would never recommend this place to anyone based on my experience. "

Only good if you’re going to be going there for something that will not require a lot of time otherwise you will be constantly jumping through hoops and every time your Dentist graduates you’re left dead in the water and they make you do a whole new program and re-pay for stuff you already paid for. My last six appointments have got nothing accomplished and they just keep giving me the runaround it would’ve been much cheaper healthier and better in every way if I just went to a regular dentist in the first place. Your time is of no value and they will prove that every time you go. Just like the regular dentist it’s all about the money and they make it very obvious nobody cares.

They will send you home with your mouth messed up even if they just did it. I cannot count the amount of sleep less and painful nights I’ve had coming from this place. Save your money and mental health and skip all the ignorance in training.
