S. H. E. L Dental Group in LaFollette TN. LET ME TELL YOU WHAT THEY DID.

My husband had cancer last year throat and mouth surgery took over 7hrs to do they removed 6 teeth and shaved his gum. With 30 rounds of radiation he is limited on what they can do to help him with teeth to eat, they decided to make a special plate for him. They told him the charge was 1300 and they said insurance will not pay so you have to pay out of pocket. The day he picked up the denture he paid in full. months go by and he decided to call the insurance company because it was cancer related insurance company paid 500 they send a statement says cost 2100 insurance paid 500.

You need to pay the 300 more. He called them today and said you said 1300 for the whole thing and that should have been 500 coming back to him from the dentist NO oh No they said well we not charge you for the other 300. So is these something dentist and drs do now? Guess what they just lost our business and we have being going there since 2015.
