Fatima ,Lucia and Shiela especially when I had my break down from being over whelmed I legit was blubbering like a baby and they help me ease my worries! I felt nothing but love! I loved when they called to check up on me after my visits, and helped me find a payment plan that best suited me, I’m incredibly grateful for this place! Thank you guys for everything! Dishonest and Unprofessional – Stay Away from This Office I strongly advise against visiting South Plainfield family Dental, especially with Dr. Fatima. She falsely claimed I had a cavity that needed treatment, even though another dentist confirmed I didn’t have one. It felt like she was trying to charge my insurance unnecessarily just to make money. During the procedure, she added an $86 medication while I was already numbed and didn’t inform me beforehand. I felt trapped and unable to refuse. She was also very rough and careless.

It’s been five days and my tooth and gums still hurt badly. She even created a hole in the side of my upper tooth, and now I have to pay another dentist to fix her mistake. This office does not put patient care first — they seem more focused on billing your insurance. Be careful. Don’t go through what I did. Find a dentist who’s honest and cares about your well-being.

The staff is VERY friendly professional from the moment you walk in. Dr. Hiba Fatima is the BEST!! dentist ever! Her gentle approach to patient care can help soothe a patient. She is a highly skilled dentist who has fixed a lot of my dental issues through the years and has shown genuine compassion. I highly recommend her!!! Five ⭐ to her because she deserves it😊
