The Hawkins Ave location has been my dentist office since the early 90s. The staff has always been helpful with appointments and the forever changing insurance. For great care and honest evaluation of your dental needs Sachem Dental is the group you want to be apart of. My wife I have moved to Florida and the dentist there are as bad as the food.

We do travel back to Long Island for our dental needs and it is abosutely worth it. Keep the high standards going it is very much appreciated.

I went to Sachem dental for an emergency visit. The receptionist Rosa took my call and checked me out. She gave exceptional customer service. She was kind and very knowledgeable.

She made sure I left the office knowing the plan of action for the treatment I was recommended and even got me in immediately with the surgeon. I was very nervous at first but the Doctor and Rosa made me feel comfortable and confident. I highly recommend this location for all your dentistry needs.

Excellent team of professionals. Set up an appointment for extraction for the very next day. The Dr. was courteous, efficient and supportive of the patient experience. He explained the procedure before, during and after. Millie, the Team lead was exceptional and leads a team of very talented professionals that are very patient-oriented. Highly recommend this practice.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness. That’s uppermost in important to me in any Medical Office. All the staff were very polite and friendly! The Doctor (Michael Gentilly) who looks like Prince William, was gentle, kind and very concerned about not hurting me. He did a great job of fixing my cap so that I can eat again!
