I have found my FOREVER Dental location! People look for certain things when it comes to a Dentist: *Friendly staff/ Receptionist, the customer service was AMAZING. Scheduling convince, A+, I called on Monday and was offered an appointment the NEXT day (state insurance). *Location was a clean, quiet building, and child friendly.

*Receptionist check in was easy, fast, and I was quickly seen. *Receptionist check out left me confident of my next appointment and questions were answered to my satisfaction. Morgan was knowledgeable, understanding, and very kind, she went above and beyond to ensure that I left happy! Not only will I be returning I will share with all of my friends and family!!

The service is okay. But I would never want to work with them again because they schedule an appointment for me without my consent and I can never cancel that appointment . Last time, when I finished my dental cleaning, I told them not to schedule a follow-up appointment because I will move out of the state. However, a few days later, I still receive an email saying my next appointment is on a date after six months.

I called them to cancel it. Roughly around the six months, I received a message saying my next appointment is within one week or so, I need to call to confirm it. Then, I called again to clarify and ask them to cancel it. Still, one day after the "appointment date", they called me again saying they missed me and hope I can contact them again.

Due to the time difference, I receive these calls in the early morning and I have called them multiple times to cancel it. I really hope I don't have to deal with these. There are definitely other good dentists in West Lafayette, IN.

I visited them last December. After doing the x rays they asked me to schedule a cleaning on another day which is inconvenient since I’m already here why not do the cleaning on the same day, so I scheduled my cleaning. After I arrived on my cleaning day, they gave me papers to sign where they included unnecessary stuff which my insurance wouldn’t cover, so I told them I would like to opt out from these services because I don’t want to pay out of pocket.

Then the nurse told me “sorry we cant do that if you don’t want them you ganna have to reschedule another appointment and the closest appointment is in July which is 8 months away” and she kept pushing me to sign but I refused and I left because I felt they are unprofessional and they’re into the money only. To be fair they called me after I left to save face and convince me to come back but I wouldn’t go back because I don’t trust them anymore. Also they told my wife that she need 4 crowns which doesn’t make sense because she doesn’t have any problems and she visits her dentist annually, however, we haven’t asked for second opinion not just yet so I can’t say if they were trying to rip us off, but I will update this post once we visit new dentist.

update: I took my wife to another doctor for a second opinion, and the doctor told us that my wife doesn't have any issues with her teeth and who ever told us that she needed 4 crowns were over treating. Therefore, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. The nurse who did the xrays was very sweet. The dentist was very helpful and kind.
