i do not recommend this place at all, i got a filling from them, and then the week after at a cleaning they say that tooth needs a root canal, i go to another dentist and he says it doesn’t even look like they filled the tooth. they also did curodont on some of my teeth when i got fillings and the week after they also said i needed fillings in those spots, such a scam.

please save your money and time & don’t go here.

To start, I scheduled an exam and cleaning for my son. When I arrived, I was told that I would only get a cleaning if they had time. I told them that the scheduler confirmed that I would get a cleaning, and the tech told me that they shouldn't have told me that. Secondly, I arrived at 8:55am for a 9am appointment and was not seen until 9:45am! A 55 minutes wait is ridiculous. Next, their check process is less than great. When you walk in, they tell you to go sit down.

Didn't take my name, no sign in sheet, just go sit down until they call you up. You have know idea what's going on or if they know who you are, when you came in, who's in front of you . . nothing. Then after finally getting the cleaning, they provide no instructions. I go to the desk to check out, and was told to go sit down and someone will be with you.

I waited another 15 minutes to check out and no one called me up! Finally I just left! Over 2 hours for an exam and cleaning is ridiculous! Lastly, they added a $25 toothpaste to my bill that I was NOT counseled on. And when I asked for it to be removed, I was told to talk to the hygienist. Really? Talk to the hygienist? It's optional toothpaste that I actually ALREADY HAVE AT HOME! I prefer not to go back but I went through hell added them as a primary to my insurance and booking appointments for a family of 5.

Seemed like a scam all l wanted was a 6 month cleaning as ins changed so looking for a new dentist. Tried to sell me a deep cleaning around a thousand bucks. Have had good dental care for decades and suddenly l have all kinds of problems that came up since my last cleaning 8 months ago

From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me warmly with smiles and made the check-in process quick and seamless. They were very accommodating and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. During my appointment, I was seen by the hygienist who was not only friendly but also incredibly thorough. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning process and took the time to explain each step.

The atmosphere was relaxing, and I appreciated the ergonomic setup of the dental chair and tools, making the entire experience more comfortable.
