Saginaw Dental Centre is a reliable local option that gets the job done well. I’ve been going here for routine check-ups and cleanings for a few years, and Dr. Nguyen is thorough without being pushy. The hygienist is gentle, which is a big plus for my sensitive gums. The office is straightforward—no frills, but clean and comfortable, with a small waiting area that rarely feels crowded.

They accept most insurances and are good about explaining costs upfront. My only minor issue was a 15-minute wait once, but the staff apologized and kept me updated. They offer weekend appointments, which is super convenient for my work schedule. Overall, solid, no-stress dental care.

Willing to drop a patient over 3 missed appointments in about a 5 year span. Tried to rebooked a missed appointment and was told they won't book an infected wisdom because I missed 2 appointments in the past years...even though I came back to them for the work... weird way of doing things. Definitely wasn't warned of being let go at any point.

When I mentioned my benefits did not cover the cost for X-rays today, the receptionist Terrie was rude. She spoke down to me as if I didn’t understand the purpose of X-rays and as if I was unable to understand basic English (my Masters degree says otherwise). I have gone 26 years without any cavities so not having X-rays this ONE time is not a major concern to me.

I do not enjoy being bullied into paying for things out of pocket when I have clearly stated I did not want to. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning to this office after being a client to them for over 20 years.
