Do not come here, ive never felt more like a bill to be charged than when i left here. Even when I was making pained sounds, even when I yelled that it hurt, even when I started crying and shaking she kept telling me, ignoring me and just repeating, that I was making things difficult for her. It shouldn't have hurt as badly as it did, she just wanted it to be over with quickly.

Apparently it was more important to rush me out and let me know they would not be available during the weekend, many times, than it was to take the time to properly do it.

I’m never one to give bad reviews but I feel like this is necessary so other patients don’t experience the same issues I did. I thought my teeth were in good shape, then I started having a lot of pain on the top teeth, I ended up getting referred by another dental office to go to Rutgers Dental School in Newark to fix 3 of my teeth. I’ve been going to the dental school for 3 years to repair the damage that's been done. I’ve had to get severe work done with my teeth as they were infected, I had to get a crown lengthening twice for 2 of my teeth, because originally when I came to this office in Harrison, my teeth were shaved down way too much.

I’ve been a lot of pain because of this issue, but I’m not the only one. I’ve had friends who also lived in the area and this office was the closest to our homes, but the results were not good. Luckily my insurance was able to cover the expenses but it would have cost me out of pocket probably 5k-6k in work. I wish I could say this journey has been easy but it has not.

Please consider other options before booking an appointment here! If you care about the longevity of your teeth please resort to another dental practice.

I love this office been going to them for years now and have never had a bad experience. As someone with extreme fear of dentist I always felt comfortable with them. The staff are amazing very pleasant and helpful with any question I have. Dr. Ventura takes pride in her work and is committed to her patients.I highly recommend it here.
