I visited this dentist one year ago (DR. MONICA MIKHAIL) and got X-rays. I was told to get fillings and a root canal and then I was okay. Btw during this filling and root canal, she sliced the whole bottom of my tongue which I was in pain for a week. 6 months later I went and was told my teeth look so much better, that things are perfect now and to keep taking care of my teeth.

Now 1 year later I see a different dentist (Dr. Samuel Botros). Now I am being told I have 7 additional cavities. After he revisits the X-ray from one year ago he sees that the cavities are there and that I should have been informed about them. Now I’m paying more money because the cavities are worse and taking more time out my day to go get fillings and drilled into my mouth again when I could’ve had this all situated and paid off a year ago.

I will never recommend this dentist to anyone especially Monica Mikhail. The better business bureau will be hearing about this and I will find out who in the medical field I have to alert. If I could give zero stars I would.

I always wait for the next day to give my experience. I arrived on time and waited for an hour in the waiting room. There was a mix up about my appointment Once the assistant and the oral sergeant came in they took action and made my extraction very comfortable. Wonderful group of oral sergeants. They deserve 12 🤩. Thanks

⭐ 1-Star Review I had a terrible experience at this dental office last Friday. I arrived for a scheduled procedure that I had waited weeks for, while dealing with serious tooth pain. Despite having an appointment, I ended up waiting for hours with no explanation. At one point, I stepped outside to make a phone call and saw my dentist driving away down the street. When I asked the staff about it, they insisted he was “in the back” and would be with me shortly—clearly trying to cover it up.

Come to find out, it was actually his last day working there. This was not only disappointing but completely unprofessional. They showed no respect for my time, pain, or basic honesty. I do not recommend this office at all.
