This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This dental office definitely does not want any new patients. They insisted I call my insurance to see if it was a PPO even after I told them that they were listed as Dentist that accepted United Concordia insurance. I called and as I thought they are a PPO so I called back and after she put me on hold for a period of time she told me that I wouldn't be able to get an appointment until the end of November and that was just for a consult and xrays. Then she informed me that it would be April of 2023 before I could get in to get my teeth cleaned and then they would schedule me for an appointment for the work I needed done. WOW is all I can say.
Rude, Unprofessional and unwilling to help in any way. I can honestly say I would not refer my worst enemy to this practice. They don't even get a 1/4 of a star even though I had to highlight at least 1 to submit this review. Do yourself a favor and find another practice to deal with.

Two Years in a row our cleaning visits were put off to the point where we only got our teeth cleaned once each year. I Made an appointment to have a filling that had fallen out and when I got there after driving an hour I was told I had to reschedule in 21 days because I had been in contact with a covid case two weeks before. When you can gat to Dr. Nance he is great. You just can't get there.

I scheduled an appointment for a routine exam and cleaning. Arrived early. Was brought back and was asked why I was being seen today. I said for exam and cleaning. X-ray tech was very nice. Saw the doctor who was very nice as well and he asked why I was there.
I said for a routine cleaning and exam. He performed a brief exam and when finished said I would not be receiving a cleaning because they don’t have a hygienist and that I would have to come back. I thought he was joking initially. He said it would be months before I could be seen. I left the office. Called back about a half hour later and nicely asked if maybe they just made a mistake and forgot to notify me that a hygienist quit or something.
Receptionist said no, she said she tells everybody and it was basically my fault, she offered no apology and said I could not be seen for cleaning until February 2023. Today is August 9, 2022. I’m not even mad. I would have been satisfied with an apology from the scheduling receptionist and a sooner appointment than 6 months out. They didn’t really care.

Horrible. Do not recommend this Dentist. They don't answer the phone. They don't assist you with your insurance. Bottom line, bad customer service. Very rude.
