Very disappointed with their ability to keep and reschedule and keep their rescheduled appointments. Myself and my two children have been going there for years and consistently been told with somewhere between 24 and 48 hours for rescheduling prior to the appointment. I have been reschedule for what was supposed to be an August appointment twice. I will not be returning.

They also just canceled my children, again will not be rescheduling or returning. Their actual service and dental work is good but their employee turnover rate seems high. Every visit there has been someone new and someone gone. So, if you don't really care if you stay on a regimented schedule for your dental health and have someone different in your mouth each time then this is the place for you!

Rescheduled son’s appt to today at 9:15. He showed up at 9am and had all the paperwork filled out and they told him he did not have an appt even though I confirmed the appt. I told him to go back inside and tell them he had an appt and I scheduled it. He has been waiting for an hour now and has to reschedule bc he has to get to class. The lady on the phone didn’t seem to care at all.

Alex, my hygienist, was very friendly and professional. She did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Lazar is thorough and professional. He took time for my appointment, nothing felt rushed. Very pleased with my care here, I have been coming for over 20 years! I would recommend this office to anyone! Thank you!

I'm so happy when Alex is working; she is the best dental hygenist I've ever had. She is experienced and friendly and always makes me feel comfortable when I'm in her chair. A dentist was not working today, but I don't feel anyone needs to check behind Alex's work. Front office staff has always been welcoming as well.
