Doctors revealing patients information in comment replies, thus breaching HIPAA. Will be alerting the medical board of this. Stay away from these horrible people, their doctors have been under investigation before.

The dentist is good, they office staff is horrendous. Completely unorganized. I would not recommend them in any way It was till 1 dropped appointment entirely and 3 reschedule appointments by the office that they informed me they would no longer except my insurance. The schedule staff is running that place in the ground

As others said, this place should not even be in business. Waited until 1 week before my appointment to TEXT ME and tell me they were cancelling it. Claimed they only had one doctor who accepted my insurance, and that doctor left, and nobody let me know. They are also breaching confidentiality by revealing patients information in comment replies, thus I will be bringing this to legal attention.

edit: so basically, they will wait until your appointment time to tell you that your insurance is bad! after telling me this information in MARCH, they waited until my mothers appointment in JUNE to tell her she’s been removed from their patients list. EVIL AND DISGUSTING. been with them since i was 6 years old, only to be dropped like a hot sack of rocks because they no longer take medicaid.
they did this one month before my cleaning and did not offer any solutions. they do not care about you as a patient, and will kick you to the curb even after everything just to make a quick buck.
