As someone who avoids dentists at all costs, I can 100 percent say that I’ve never (in my 40+ years) felt more comfortable at a dental office. I don’t feel judged or uncomfortable at all, their “bedside manner” is top tier and am looking forward to finishing the restoration of my smile with them. Very sweet staff and hygienists and Dr.Billue is simply amazing. Cannot recommend enough!

I thought I was in love with this practice until I got the bill! I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I think others need to be aware that Smiles of WestPoint is not in network for any insurance. When I switched over to them I asked if they took my insurance and they said they do. What they didn’t say was that they are not in network. They will bill your insurance, but you will pay the out of network prices! For me that meant a $500 bill for a cleaning and filling.

I will not be going back. They didn’t lie, but they were also not forthcoming either. I was talking to other locals and they said they were tricked as well. If you want to build a business, this is NOT the way!

Outstanding! Took me same day for tooth pain. A bit of a drive from Newport News but well worth it. Everyone was so friendly. Dr. Billue very kind and thorough. They apologized because I had to wait a bit but it wasn't that bad.

I so appreciated getting appointment same day. 45-50 minute drive each way, left at 10 home at 1. So not bad. Had never been to West Point- charming little town. Would go again if need arises.

We have loved our experiences with Smiles of West Point! All of the staff and Dr. Billue are so friendly and supportive. The office staff are wonderful and always working to do what is in the best interest of the patients.

They have worked great with my kids and been very supportive of my husband who is usually not a fan of dentists. We are so appreciative of the friendly and professional environment they have created!
