I have been with this office for a few years. I’ve been extremely satisfied with all the services I’ve received. The staff are awesome! It’s an enjoyable place to come into to, especially when you may have anxiety over dental work. I would highly recommend this office. Dr. Stoeval is one of my favorite physicians I see for any of my medical spaces.

I'd been going to the practice of Dr Stoever for over 10 yrs (every 6 mos). I am a model patient. I've kept my appointments. I'd reschedule far ahead of time if need be. . I've never carried over any balance, etc. Today I went for my 6 month cleaning. I found things done very different than my last cleaning. The dental hygienist cleaned and then the assistant came in to polish and floss. Then Dr. Stoever to exam. I mentioned to Dr Stoever that I didn't like this new way. She very non caring and brash says, nothing I can do about that, I'll let the owners know. I replied, I thought this was your practice, who are the owners. She pops off like some snotty school girl, I sold the business. .

. . I then asked, why are you talking to me like this, sharp and brash. . she shrugs her shoulders and says nothing. Excellent customer service and care (especially for a 10 year loyal client would have been. . . I sold the business, and the new owners have changed a few things. But I'll still be around. . . Therefore, since Mrs Stoever cares nothing about loyal patients or clients. Then I'll take my business else where. . And add this your title.

You are a Complete LIAR. I absolutely did not continue to complain or argue. . . you see I don't argue when I'm paying my money. And did not speak anything bad about Christian or Brittany. . . they were great. You were the worst. . . bless your heart. You kept that hidden for many years. .
