So far I have had two appointments at this place and each visit has been extremely pleasant. The staff is friendly and personable and Dr. Herman is always at his best to make sure his patients are comfortable and educated in what is happening.

I especially like that he uses a gel to help numb the outside of the gums before applying any anesthetic and overall he is someone I hold great confidence in when it comes to taking care of my teeth. Every opportunity he has shown me that he knows what he is doing and does it well. Thank you very much for the comfort of knowing I no longer need to fear visiting the dentist!

I was going to wait but honestly I'm so blown away Schrumpf & Herman Family Dentistry is amazing. My kids even love it there (4 & 7). We are a military family and so grateful to have found a place we can all go. I was allowed back with my children and stayed with them the whole time. They do have a treasure box which is a big deal to my kids. My new patient exam was the most thorough I have ever had.

I felt extremely comfortable and never once did I feel like the process was rushed. My cleaning which is a separate appointment was great! She took her time and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. The office staff has been working us in on cancellations so we don't have to wait long since we have a flexible schedule and are leaving the area soon. Honestly they are all extremely nice and so helpful.

Since Dr. Schrumpf left the practice, the care and service has declined! The staff are cold, unprofessional with poor skills. My last visit for a routine cleaning was pathetic. The hygienist was rushed and disorganized. I had to request she go over certain areas she barely touched She made me aware she had 4 patients to see in the hour which made sense why she was doing such a poor job. Dr.

Santos exam was a joke. It took him 15 secs if that, and it was obvious he too was in a rush to get to the next patient. My husband was seen right after me and he felt the rushed treatment as well. Some of the equipment wasn't working causing further frustration. If you are looking for a dentist, this is not the place!!

Two days before leaving on a vacation my impacted wisdom tooth was causing me trouble. Dr. Santos was not in when I called to ask for an examination of the aching tooth. Fortunately his staff had me come in to the office for an evaluation. X-ray photos were sent to Dr.

Santos who wrote a prescription for same day pickup and sent me a referral to an oral surgeon. His staff were extremely supportive and helpful throughout the process. I am fortunate to have this team for my dental care. Ray
