I am very pleased with the care I receive at Saucony Smiles. The staff is courteous and professional and Dr. Johnson is very considerate and takes the time to explain his findings, the treatment plan and what to expect. Asks if you have any questions and answers them with honesty and compassion.

This place must be undergoing some staffing issues. Since the name change, my son and I had four appointments made 6-months prior, and the office staff has called all four times with some lame excuse why they couldn’t honor the appointment. Note this has been within 16-hours of the appointment. Additionally, they try to reschedule for the end of the year because they said they are completely booked like it’s your fault that they can’t get organized.

I don’t understand the failure to honor appointments and definitely don’t appreciate the “pass-the-buck” mentality. The excuses sound like their problem not mine and I really don’t care anyway, I just want my teeth cleaned. It’s not open heart surgery, it’s a teeth cleaning. If you need more hygienists due to staff turnover, paternity leave (excuse my son got), other extenuating circumsts, hire them and stop wasting everyone’s time.

Furthermore, when I called the last time they cancelled on me, I had one office person (and if you were ever there you know they have more office people sitting around doing nothing, than they do hygienists) hang up on me mid-sentence and when I called back a second one yelled at me, then told me I’m not welcome there anymore, before hanging up on me again. maybe the office people should go to dental hygienist School so they can pick up the slack when current staff can’t make it in. Either way it seems since they changed the name of this place, it’s really going downhill.

Dr. Keller and staff were very friendly and accommodating to my needs as a wheelchair patient. Dr Keller took his time explaining my current tooth condition and what the next step would be should I so decide to do that. I highly recommend Saucony Smiles and Dr.Keller!

New patient and was very pleasantly surprised how seamless the whole process. Lori the Hygienist was great and the dentist Dr Johnson was very informative gave me several options in my care plan. Can't thank them enough for making the whole process seem less. Also office was very very clean.
