I recently had an appointment at the Schoolhouse Orthodontics office and was thoroughly impressed by the level of care I received. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff demonstrated professionalism and kindness. Most importantly, the doctor's office treating me with respect was evident throughout my visit. Every interaction, from the front desk staff to the nurses and the doctor themselves, was courteous, patient, and made me feel valued as a patient.

There was no rushing, and my concerns were taken seriously. Furthermore, the doctor and medical team went above and beyond to explain everything in great detail. They took ample time to discuss my daughter's condition, clearly outlined the diagnosis, walked her through the proposed treatment plan step-by-step, and answered all of our questions thoroughly and without jargon. This transparency and commitment to clear communication were incredibly reassuring and empowered me to be involved in my own healthcare decisions.

The combination of genuine respect, outstanding communication, and evident expertise created a truly positive and comfortable healthcare experience. I highly recommend Dr Tasha's office to anyone seeking compassionate, thorough, and respectful medical care. They set a high standard for patient-centered practice.

My son had his first appointment at school house orthodontics and we were both beyond impressed! The office is clean and so nicely decorated. They had a welcome sign with his name. Mandy gave us a tour and introduced us to everyone. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Sydney was so patient, kind, and professional with my son while taking all of his x rays. They had a money booth my son got to go into to try and win prizes.

They had a fresh popcorn machine and drinks for the patients. Deb was great at explaining all of the steps of the treatment process. Dr. Bolden was so sweet and patient answering all of our questions and doing a thorough exam. I said my son will never want to go to another doctor’s office again with how fun they made his visit. If you need an orthodontist we highly recommend!

My son, who is a level 2 autistic, had his expander put in. The entire staff was so kind and welcoming. They made him feel safe and at home. They went at his pace and speed, and took into consideration the sensory overload he started to go through once the appliance was attached. Dr Bolden and staff were amazing and so accommodating in not overwhelming him or me with all of the changes in one visit.

The best thing they said was, “ we will go at his pace. ” And THAT was the game changer. One thing at a time. This was such a positive experience and I highly recommend the office, staff and doctor to anyone who needs orthodontic care!!

Schoolhouse Orthodontics gets my personal vouch for their cooperation and hospitality. They have great scheduling and office hours as well. Today I got my brackets and wires put on. The process was simple, no pain or discomfort, and overall a great experience. I’ve genuinely enjoyed my time with their treatment so far.
