I like the dentist at this place and do not want to leave a negative review but the service today was exceptionally poor and they don’t even care anymore. I had an appointment that I made six months ago and although I’m very busy I rushed to make my appointment and put everything else aside. When I got there the lady was on the phone but then she told me I didn’t have an appointment because they didn’t have an hygienist. They didn’t even bother to call me and let me know. I wasted all that time and gas. I had so many other things to do and the staff showed no remorse for their mistake.
They simply didn’t care. I feel sad that customer service is so horrible these days and the businesses don’t even care. This used to be a good place to go but now they mistreat you and do not care. I can’t believe they didn’t even bother to call me to cancel the appointment and let me drive all the way there for no reason.

My teen had a dental emergency with front teeth broken. Dr. Rampey got the referral to the endodontist immediately, we had the root canals done within 2 hours of the call and he filled the teeth the next day by fitting her in! I am SO very grateful for his prompt attention and care!

This is the first dentist I’ve ever had that I don’t feel anything when the numbness wears off! No soreness in the mouth or anything. And, the staff is the best. They are all so funny and treat you like family.

Today was my first appointment at Schroeder Creek Dental. I am always apprehensive about dentists, but I was totally put it at ease by the friendliness of my hygienist Tracey, and the cleaning was perfect my teeth look great, she did an excellent job. Dr.
Rampey was very friendly and explained my options for the treatment I wanted. I was very happy with the visit and recommend them to any of my friends or family if you were looking for a new dentist in this area.
