Horrible experience, I go to my appointment and after my long two hour examination cause the hygienist was perio charting by herself! I come to the end of my visit with no cleaning a 4,000 dollars and some change quote for follow up treatment. They tell me that at follow up treatment, I will have to pay almost a thousand dollars out of pocket because as of 2022 they’re considered out of network with my insurance. I used up my one preventative visit that I have with my insurance and had to follow up at another office costing me $70. 00. According to the reviews this is NOT the first time they’ve done this! This is information that should be given to the patient BEFORE their appointment not after an exam! Therefore they can make a decision whether to receive treatment or not. My new dentist called a week ago asking for my images and record and today I call asking to send over my stuff so they could use for my visit and the lady tells me they’re extremely busy and she’s having lunch and answering the phone on her lunch break. What does that have to do with me! OVERPRICED FULL OF EXCUSES AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and now NO accountability per their response.

Re: to unprofessional owners response: Don’t call me a liar, NOTHING in my review is false! Funny how all your 1 star reviews are false. You’re a bold face liar you didn’t explain NOTHING to me BEFORE my exam!!! You had me fill out paperwork and that’s it liar. Out here quoting bible verses on your negative reviews after you get snarky with the reviewer. I wish i had read your response to the negative reviews before. I would have never stepped foot in your office. It’s your responsibility to call patients and inform them that their insurance will be out of network coming the new year. Inform them they would have to pay insane out of pocket costs, and let the patient decide whether to continue with the appointment or go elsewhere.

You guys didn’t do that! So don’t tell me that you weren’t misleading! when I called and asked if you were in network and made the appointment you omitted that information and divulged it AFTER the appointment! Your response speaks volumes of this office. Your 4 star reviews don’t mean anything those can very well be fake. I’m not the only one you’ve done this to. I’ve been to many dentist and ALL have a person working with the hygienist typing in the numbers as the hygienist calls them out for perio charting. A process that takes about 10 minutes tops! There are other people that you guys dropped the ball on too omitting the out of network information. Psalm 101:7 No one who practices deceit will dwell in my house; no one who speaks falsely will stand in my presence.

Seamless Dentistry made my husband and I feel so welcomed and comfortable. From the front desk to the dentist, the work is exemplary. We both left there declaring it was a pleasure. Dr. Todd (first name) was excellent! Thank you Seamless Dentistry!! P.S. Love, love the Christian atmosphere and the worship music being played in the office. Love those that glorify Him!

This office is PERFECTLY named. From the front staff, Susie the hygienist , Dr. Todd, and DA Lacey, my visit was seamless. I had a pretty horrible experience at a dental office in the Concord Mills area. I was a little nervous upon arrival. They all went above and beyond to ensure my visit was pleasant and pain free. So thankful to have found them!

I searched seamless dentistry off on Google and decided to book an appointment with them. Only after 1 visit they surprised me with a gift for my baby girl’s upcoming arrival! Very very thoughtful and they definitely made it personal which is a such a sweet touch. Definitely feel the family atmosphere with seamless dentistry and they truly pay attention.

My previous dentist basically told me that a couple sensitivity things were harmless but upon my first visit, seamless were able to give me a thorough understanding of what the problem actually was and gave me the steps I will need to get it taken cared of. I will be going back to get my dental hygiene taken cared of after giving birth! Thank you Seamless Dentistry.
