Just went there today, it was a great experience! The dentist was very thorough with the dental exam and cleaning. Way better than many of the other dentists I've been to. All the staff are all so friendly and engaging. Highly recommend.

The previous dentist Dr Morris was kind and compassionate and made the trip to the dentist easier, she is not the dentist now and they have new dentists, I had a terrible experience on May 6th. Since this new dentists took over the Kandalas it’s not the same, you are paired with a different hygienist each time. Yesterday I felt like the hygienist did not care and was rough and I had to move a few times because of the pressure she used with the instruments. At some point she was pressing on my lip and I had to move and felt really uncomfortable. After the terrible cleaning experience I had to wait for dentist who delayed seeing me.

I told the hygienist I have to go back to work and finally the dentist came. No hello no apologies for making me wait and she quickly checked my mouth and not sure about her role at this point and they started talking with the hygienist about a tooth that was not in good shape, I was so humiliated and wondered why do I need a dentist who is not kind and compassionate. Needless to say I am looking elsewhere for another dentist it’s not free service here. It was the female dentist and this was the first time I met her. She needs some customer service training for sure They need better staff with good bedside manners.

Oh by the way my glasses fell during my cleaning because the hygienist was so rough and I was clinching my hands. When she finished I said oh my glasses fell she said you can get that later. I felt so vulnerable and definitely this experience has made my fear of dental appointments even worse, Seaton dental you r close to me but I would rather drive to another city than come there ever again.

From the moment I met him, I knew I was in great hands. He has an amazing disposition, exceptional chairside manner, and a fantastic sense of humour that puts you instantly at ease. Dr.

Hamada went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with my dental procedure from begining to end. He’s such a professional but also a genuinely kind person – a rare combination! Big shout-out to the dental assistant as well! She was absolutely amazing. I genuinely enjoyed our conversations and look forward to my appointments because of her warmth and professionalism. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a positive experience. Highly recommend!
