This place is so amazing, the staff is so polite and professional. If you are a parent of multiple kids, they will try their best to get them all seen so you don’t have to make multiple trips. I wish they took adults ! I highly recommend this place, there aren’t enough stars because I would rate them a 10! Keep up the great work

They NEVER Answer the phone! It doesn’t matter when you call from 8am to 4pm their phones just ring! It’s very hard to set an appointment and don’t even think about talking to your childs dentist outside of the appointment! It won’t happen!!

I have been bringing my children here going on 20 years. My oldest of 4 being 20 and youngest 8. It's definitely been a range of 1 star to 5 stars during this time. Due to limited Pediatric dental care in Cincinnati that accepts Medicaid insurance. I've tried sticking it out with See more Smiles. There's allot of lack of communication, professionalism and maybe 1 to 2 employees that genuinely examine the children and give them proper services and not Medicaid billiable services.

My son was giving the comment " he's one of the best patients"when it came to The novocaine process and fillings displying absolutely no movement or concerns. Now were told he can only schedule@ 8am for same services due to signs of anxiety and ect. Which one is it? This time is difficult for us to make. Instead of doing whats in the best interest of a child and making sure the dental work he needs done gets done,See more smiles employees such as (Laren) would much rather enforce the 8am policy by not letting me speak with anyone in the facility regarding the allegations and reschedule for the same time. Its mind boggling as a parent to communicate verifiable reasons certain times of the day just don't work and still receive same time appointment For a whole another month out. In the meantime these cavaties could possibly worsen affecting a child health.

All do to lack of empathy of ones situation. Weigh your options for your childrens dental services. Stay with your child during the process watch and always listen. Ask questions whether or not the dental assistant or front desk appears to have good communication skills at the end of the day it's your child that it's concerning and it's your right as a parent to make sure they are receiving proper sufficient dental services.

I've taken my kids here for 13yrs. It's certainly an older, run down facility BUT we've never had anything but good service. They've always been great with my kids. The dentists are so kind and they explain everything to the kids.

I've got a second opinion on one thing they advised me of and it turned out they were correct about it. I do trust them. I recommend them if you child has Medicaid and needs a dentist.
