3/22/23 Just called and before I really had a chance to speak she just blurted out "We're not accepting new patients at this time, bye!" Not a sorry, not a thanks for calling. Here's an idea, advertise that on your Google page so folks like me don't waste our precious time calling. Very rude and they'll definitely not be getting future business from me or good word of mouth.

I have gone to Selinsgrove Dental Arts since I was a little girl (I’m now 26) and I have never had a negative experience. Dr. Cope is wonderful and the rest of the staff are always friendly and professional. I had Dr.

General for the first time today and I have no complaints with him either. The practice is very clean, comfortable, and followed COVID-19 safety protocols during the pandemic. I will continue to seek care here as long as I live in the area.

When you have the beginning of a cavity they don’t take care of it right away, they wait months to fix it. (Another family member of mine experienced the same thing). They cancelled my appt last minute when I was almost to the office, then when I couldn’t make my rescheduled appt told me I needed to tell them why I can’t come in and they need to put it in my chart since it’s less than 24 hours notice. My appt was Monday morning and they’re closed fri, sat and Sunday so it was impossible to give 24 hour notice. Recently, I had an emergency where a filling on my front tooth had fallen out (I brought up replacing this filling a year ago or so and they said to let it go). They finally called me back two days later to get in to fix it but at that point I already had another dentist get me in to fix it.

I asked for my records to be sent twice. The first time they just didn’t send and when I asked them again they kept arguing that they didn’t have any current records… I’ve been going there for AT LEAST the last three years or more. I want my new dentist to be able to see where I’ve had fillings and how long ago, and would be nice to have my latest xray so when I get a new one done, my new dentist has something to compare it too. But it’s been over a month and they still haven’t sent me the records I asked for multiple times. I really would not recommend this dental office. Another dentist that I never even went to got me right in for my urgent appt and I was a regular here and they didn’t even call me back for days.

Very unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. Still can’t believe they won’t give me my own records. That should be illegal to withhold my own personal information from me. Please save yourself the trouble and go ANYWHERE else.

I have been a patient since 2019 and never had a bad experience. The office staff and nice, always greet you with a smile and the hygienist Lisa is super friendly and makes you feel at ease during your appointment. Dentists are very friendly and listen to your concerns without judgement.
