My experience with Dr. Sharma was everything I could have asked for regarding dental/medical care. Dr. Sharma was very professional and considerate, as were his staff. He presented everything that the procedure would entail and asked if I had any questions about what he would be doing? He was thorough and patient in each phase; examination, presentation, interaction with me, and follow up care. The entire staff was also very helpful in each of their roles throughout.

All their information regarding aftercare was excellent, in word and written instructions. Kind, thoughtful, and very professional is how I would summarize my experience with Sharma Oral Surgery. Many thanks to Dr. Sharma and all those who cared for me.

Implant surgery was 100% pain free. I had so much anxiety about needing this procedure but everyone on the team was so very kind, attentive, informative and professional. I came home, took a nap and woke up pain-free with minimal swelling. Thank you!

Typically, I do not write reviews, but the level of incompetence has led me here. Overall, I felt neglected and talked down to during my visit there. To provide some background, I am a PhD student at a university. I am now in a good financial position to have my wisdom teeth removed, as I now have decent insurance and have saved up to adequately afford it. During my consultation, Dr. Sharma talked down to me and told me that because I waited to have my wisdom teeth removed, they have shifted, and I am in the worst possible position to have the surgery. There was an assumption that I was irresponsible and lazy, and because of these shortcomings, I am in this precarious position.

The reality is that I never could afford this surgery, but I can now, and so my teeth shifted in the time that I was saving up money for surgery. Overall, this comment was frankly inconsiderate. Some people do not come from wealthy backgrounds and have to work for long periods to afford healthcare. As a teacher myself, I suggest better bedside manner. The other nurse at the front desk was rude and unapproachable. Originally, she tried to correct me when I told her that my insurance is already on file. Also, she became annoyed when I asked for a referral.

The prices are astronomical. I was talking to my new dental insurance company (I am changing plans), and the woman on the phone told me that Sharma Oral Surgery isn't even on their insurance database. She warned me and said that what that means is that the prices are hiked up for no good reason, and you will have to pay way more out of pocket. Lastly, Tanya is the sweetest nurse. I have no issues with her.
