Pretty sure I made a rate before but I’ll make one again since seeing a new dentist. So back about a year and a half ago maybe two, dr shen told me I had an infection in my tooth and I would need a root canal that she was afraid the infection would enter my bloodstream. Didn’t make the appointment for the root canal that day but instead everytime I would call I’d be ignored or sit on hold for 30+ minutes. This went on for nearly 6 months with a pain still in my tooth.

I finally got ahold of someone and went for my root canal in her office in drums and everything was fine. She then told me I would need ANOTHER root canal on a different tooth. We’ll never got an appointment for that and the tooth she didn’t the root canal on started to hurt. Didn’t get any calls back and decided to switch to a new dentist which is unfortunately farther away but better.

He got me in for an emergency appointment within a week and this was my first time ever seeing him. Well I went in and he said he doesn’t see any reason I should’ve had a root canal to begin with from my X-rays and from looking and he didn’t know where the second one would be. So basically she gave me a root canal that she botched and I didn’t need to begin with. (For anyone who doesn’t know root canals remove the nerve in your tooth also removing the feeling)

Had an absolutely great experience here. They fit me in same day for a tooth abscess which was truely a life saver. Their staff was informative and clear and provided me with the medications I desperately needed to get rid of my infection. Kathy was particularly kind and considerate, as well as knowledgeable and professional.

Dr. Shen did a great job and was very professional for my visits. I had an extraction done even though she persistently tried to get me to save the tooth. She is a great dentist and all went well. It was a clean and painless experience. She has a personality that is fun and blunt, but caring at the same time, and I think some of these bad reviews are from the "uppity " crowd. She is definitely my new . .

Worst dentist ever!! I will never go back. You need to wait outside in your car for them to call you and then they do a horrible job😩.. really disappointed!!!
