I brought my 6-year-old son in for his dental checkup, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Like many kids his age, he was a bit nervous before the visit, but the moment we walked in, the staff put him completely at ease. The waiting area was cheerful and kid-friendly, and the dental assistant made him laugh within minutes.

Lisa the Hygienist was incredible—gentle, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a fun, age-appropriate way. Melanie and Brie made the atmosphere calm and reassuring! My son left the office feeling proud and even asked when he could go back! As a parent, there’s nothing better than seeing your child feel safe and confident at the dentist. Highly recommend Smiles 4keeps for anyone with young children

I brought my 3 yr old granddaughter here. I explained before hand what was going to happen and she was fine. We were brought to a room with a few chairs and there was a gentlemen there. He never introduced himself. I am thinking a student. He was giving my granddaughter directions like make your tough normal!!! She is 3, she has no idea. A women would pop in every once in a while. Maybe the dentist.

She too did not introduce herself. What is going on here. The assistance were everywhere, they were very nice. One even explained to the young man my granddaughter 3! Don't think I will be going back here. He scared my granddaughter. Also maybe introduce yourself. They both could have been someone off the street as far as I know.

The whole staff was excellent, Laurie and Melanie both were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They accommodated both my kids and the request they had, even holding my daughters hand to comfort her during the numbing shots. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Experience at Smiles for Keeps! I had an amazing experience at Smiles for Keeps in Hazleton! From start to finish, the entire staff was outstanding. Hygienists Melanie and Lori, along with dentists Vlad and Narolyn, were all incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure my kids felt comfortable throughout the visit.

One of the best parts was how accommodating they were—I was able to schedule appointments for all four of my kids on the same day, and we experienced little to no wait time. They were especially patient with my 4-year-old, who has autism, making sure he felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Their patience and understanding made such a difference, and not once did they show frustration.

Even with four kids, we were in and out of the office in just an hour and a half, which is incredible! The efficiency, kindness, and professionalism of the team at Smiles for Keeps truly set them apart. I highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a top-notch pediatric dental experience. We will definitely be returning!
