I went for a root canal consult and procedure. Dr Diego is awesome. I am an extreme dentalphobe and he was very comforting and reassured me that this was not the painful procedure people think it is and he was true to his word! He and his staff were patient and couldn’t do enough to make me feel welcomed and at ease.

The office dog Lulu was a bonus as animals always have a calming effect on me. I can’t recommend them highly enough!!

I've been to Dr. Diego Andrade twice now. Both for root canals. Both were painless and I left the office feeling back to normal. Dr. Diego has a wonderful doctor/patient manner, explaining everything in detail but easy to understand language.

He also puts up pictures of your teeth on a giant screen, so you can see exactly what's going on in your mouth. I would like to put in a positive review for Jenny in the front office. Having been to a lot of different dentists, in several different states over the years, I feel confident in highly recommending Dr. Diego and his team at Shenandoah Endodontics.

I have had tons of work done in my mouth over the years and can spot a knowledgeable dentist. Dr. Diego was exactly that. Knowledgeable, honest, and kind. He explained everything to me and went with the least invasive route first.

I didn’t feel like he was wasting my time or money at any point. I really appreciated him taking the time to share different treatment plan options and which one made the most sense but also ultimately respected whichever choice I made. It was a pleasure to speak with him and I’m looking forward to any additional work I might need done at this office.

Let me start with saying I am terrified of dentists however this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Dr. Diego explained everything he was doing and definitely put me at ease. The procedure itself was quick and painless. If I ever need anything like this done again I would definitely choose to go see him again.
