I met with the staff and orthodontist mid March to discuss my options to fix my smile. I am 35 and had wire braces as a child but like many, did not wear my retainer. I was really impressed with the space. It’s very nice and welcoming and the staff are so friendly. I decided to move forward with Invisalign and got my trays yesterday.

The process was pain-free, seamless, and the staff again was great to work with. I can’t wait to see the progress that I make. I am getting into a new routine, which I know will take time but will be worth it in the end. I highly recommend Shenandoah Valley orthodontics if you are in the market for straighter teeth.

From the first day I walked in, the staff treated me exceptionally well! Appointments were scheduled with ease from start to finish. My comfort was important as well! I am over 50, so if you are older and your bite is bothering you, your teeth need straightening or you have a gap call them! My smile and bite are fixed! 😁

The staff, especially the orthodontist takes the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring that both parents and patients understand the treatment plan. Their expertise with Invisalign is remarkable, as they tailor each aligner to fit the unique needs of the patient. Experience with Invisalign Placement: My son’s experience with the placement of his new Invisalign was informative and smooth. Upon arrival, he was greeted by the friendly staff, who made him feel comfortable and at ease. The staff patiently explained the whole procedure to him, discussing what to expect and answering any questions he had. As the placement began, the orthodontist & dental assistant worked together seamlessly, demonstrating great skill and care.

Braedyn was shown how to properly insert and remove the aligners, with clear instructions on how to maintain them for optimal results. After the aligners were in place, Braedyn received tips on how to manage any discomfort that might arise, along with advice on when to return for follow-up appointments. Although he did experience some mouth pain afterward, he felt confident knowing he was in capable hands. Overall, the experience was positive, and he left the office feeling hopeful about his journey ahead to an even more handsome smile.
