If I could leave negative stars I would. This place is an absolute joke. I had to wait 3 months for my initial appt and then they canceled on me 30 minutes before the appt.

They then advised that they can reschedule me 4 months out. Who does this? Horrendous customer experience and just a lack of human decency to do the right thing and prioritize a customer that you failed to provide service to.

It’s true! They cancel your appointment the day before and then will try to reschedule you for a date nearly 6 months later. The temp. lady who called said they are only open on Fridays. I’ve been going there for two years and not once have I seen the same person. Whether it’s the front desk personnel, hygienist and even the dentist.

They are all temporary, filling in for a limited time. The lady who called told me she was a temp as well. Don’t waste your time. Please do not consider this place when looking for dental care.

The absolute WORST experience with this office! We've been going to this practice for about six years and in that time they've had just as many dentists come and go. No complaints about the dentists themselves but the business is managed terribly. They cancelled my last two appointments with no apology or effort to reschedule and most recently my son drove from Raleigh for an 8:00 am Friday appointment. I called the office to confirm the appointment earlier in the week and the receptionist assured me all would be good.

I received a text at 7:10 am Friday morning cancelling the appointment because a hygienist called out sick. I called the office repeatedly to see if there was anyway to get my son in later that day and they did not answer. The owner-dentists are not local to Charlotte and are working very limited hours in this office which contributes to the problem. They cannot seem to keep a full-time dentist and the hygienists all apparently float between offices too.

There is no consistency or concern for the current patients. Avoid this practice and the frustration!

This office possesses no form of communication or customer service!! Look at other practices for service. I've tried over a week's time, leaving 7-8 messages, to obtain my medical records with no response. Their website is lipstick on a pig! Don't choose this pig for your dental needs.
