By far one of the most competent dentists -- and fun dentists -- I have ever met.

My husband had an expensive procedure done by Jigar S. Gandhi DDS. As important, billing was done also by his office staff. Being they get paid up front, the biller wouldn't return my calls now. Insurer told me what they billed incorrectly. I Try to convey it to the office with no result.

They just not doing it. I know we could get back some $$$. But since it is all timely, unless they re-file correctly, we get nothing. So word of warning, don’t trust the billing staff! $$$ is part of YOUR service here too.

At first, my health insurance didn't cover dental costs, so he agreed to take a 10% discount off my payments. I had to remind the employees of that discount;if I didn't, they forget to do it. When I obtained a dental insurance policy in which Dr. Gandi was in, the employees said that they didn’t accept it.

As I insisted, they verified that they had to give me the discount. When I went to have a crown placed that was paid 100% (by insurance and my credit card), they said that I haven’t paid. After 2 hours, in which I contacted my credit card, Dr. Gandhi’s office said they had put my payment in another account (my crown was "hijacked").

At the same time, when I went to get a cleaning they say that I have to pay an amount that my insurance rejected, otherwise they did not do the cleaning, I thought it was possible that the insurance would reject and paid what they said. Then I contacted the insurance and it was "not real", my insurance did not reject anything. They never gave me a refund.

Dr Gandhi is incredibly skilled and his bedside manner second to none! His focus on overall health and not just oral health is apparent in all he does. I'm so grateful there are dentists like Dr Jigar who can help break the bad habits of poor healthcare practices in our country and who invest the time and resources for a more overall healthy service to improve our lives.

Once you meet Dr Gandhi and his team you will travel as far as necessary to see them! Cannot recommend them enough! 5-star biological dentist!!!
