Went to Shore for pain in my lower right molar and they pretty much ignored that issue. They took a couple X-rays and dismissed the pain by saying I need a cleaning. Never was anything mentioned about inflammation, blood, swelling or anything. They went on to schedule me for a cleaning I did not ask for. I just wanted my pain tended too. They were so quick to get me out.

I’m sure they do well for others just not for me. Yet, they contacted me like 3 times about my insurance before going in. Why could they not be that diligent with my tooth pain. Definitely all about the money. Wanting more visits. I get it it’s the business side of dentistry however overlooking valid dental concerns is not a good policy.

Then they called me several times to ask me to come in and talk about it. Asking me to remove the negative review which I understand. No one wants a negative review however, being a little more thoughtful and considerate to ALL your patients may be a good start towards eliminating potential negative reviews. Hope no one else experiences this.

Dr. Andy and his team are the best! Never any issues with scheduling/rescheduling, they always manage to fit you in. No matter the severity of the issue, Dr. Andy gives great attention, and doesn’t diminish how you’re feeling. I had a recent procedure, and Dr.

Andy walked me through it, and eliminated any concerns I had. Procedure went well! I hope to not have another similar issue in the future, but if I do, I will definitely come back to see Dr. Andy and his team.

I had an amazing experience at Shore Snyder Dental! I came in for Invisalign and the entire process was quick, thorough, and extremely easy going. From start to finish, everything was clearly explained and the results were better than I could’ve hoped for—I absolutely love the outcome! The staff is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, which made every visit a pleasant one.
