I felt taken care of here. The hygienist and dentist were both so very sweet and welcoming. They were very thorough and helped with concerns I had. My teeth and much noticeably more clean.

June 12,2025 I made an appointment on May 30,2025 to have my teeth whitened on June 12. I was told that the total price would be $624 and that was the cash amount I had to pay. I have no dental insurance. The price include $501 for the whitening and $123 for the exam. I got to my appointment at 8:15am. I did my paperwork and then I was asked about having X-rays done at my dental office. I told them yes.

I signed a form for them to send over a fax to get a copy of my X-rays. I sat there until 9:30am. Then I spoke to the reception that I had this appointment over two weeks. If they needed X-rays, I could have had my dentist office fax them doing my two week wait period. The X-rays would have been another $100. I told them I asked up front was there any more fees because I was paying cash. At no time did anyone mention X-rays after talking with the office twice doing this two week period.

I feel that this is a Scam to get more money out of the patient. I left after sitting there over an hour without having my teeth whitened. I could have made an appointment with another dentist office after all this time. This place gives you misleading information and tries to take advantage of you.

Yesterday was my cleaning. The office administrator was very nice and professional. She greeted you with a beautiful smile. Dental Hygienetist was very nice and did an awesome job on my teeth. My dentist came in to check to make sure everything was done correct and it was. Dr.

Shore is always pleasant and always take out time to talk with her patients . The office and rooms are always clean along with the restroom. I would highly recommend Dr. Shore and her staff. Carol Clarke
