I went to Dr. Silver for the first time today as my family dentist recently retired. I am dental phobic so was very nervous. The entire experience from my initial call thru am emergency repair was not only completely painless but they have Seinfeld playing in the background. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience!!

My children and I have have been in the care of Dr. Silver dentist since 2005. Children were 3 and 5 at the time… now 22 and 28 now…Service is timely, painless and most welcomingly adaptable.

Shadowing at Silver Dental Associates was one of the most impactful experiences I’ve had so far on my journey toward becoming a dental hygienist. Although I’m not a patient at this office, the staff welcomed me with such kindness and openness that I felt right at home from the start. I spent the day shadowing Brittney, a dental hygienist who actually graduated from the same dental hygiene program I’ve been conditionally accepted into. She was incredibly patient with me, making sure to answer every single question I had, and even repeating a few things just to make sure I really understood. She shared honest advice about what to expect in the program and gave me tips on how to manage the workload and stay grounded through it all. Her support meant a lot and left me feeling more prepared and confident about the road ahead.

Everyone else in the office was just as welcoming. The assistant took the time to include me in a cauterizing procedure and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand all while being educational. The dentist was down to earth and happy to answer my questions, and the receptionist was friendly and attentive as well. What really stuck with me was how the whole team treated their patients. Everyone I saw was cared for with so much respect that it didn’t feel clinical or rushed at all. It honestly seemed like some of the patients had a real bond with the dentist, like they’d known each other for years.

The staff was so attentive and thoughtful, whether it was just a regular cleaning or something more involved. They took the time to explain things, check in on how the patient was feeling, and make sure they were comfortable the entire time. It was really nice to see that kind of care in action. Im forever grateful for the opportunity I was given and feel like I left with a better understanding of the profession and a deeper appreciation for the kind of care I hope to give one day!
