My husband had an appointment for 12 PM, he got there 15 minutes before noon and it was 2 PM and he still had not been seen. People that got there after him were seen before him so he left. He then got a call AFTER he had left that he had to go back because they were still going to bill the insurance since he was the one that decided to leave.
This is VERY unprofessional and inconsiderate of people’s time.

Even with an appointment you have to wait about two hours in order to be seen, they have you sign your name and time on a booklet even with that they lose track of the patients in the waiting area. If you have time to waste this the great place for you.

G Code
The office itself is in major need of a renovation. There is a heavy warm musk smell that fills the entire office every visit. The dentist and staff would excel if they implemented the use an etiquette course and tips on how to interact/engage with actual human-beings. Aside from that, expect to sit in the tiniest (6 chair) waiting-room for roughly 1-3 hours to be seen. Just a heads up!
