DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I came in for a cleaning, but instead had 25+ X-rays done took over an hour to get those done because the lady had no idea what she was doing. The dentist came in finally after an hour of waiting. Told me the procedure and then left me in the room for another 45 minutes telling me they would come back to talk to me about my insurance never came back. I had another appointment to go to so I ended up going up to the front desk and telling them I had to leave. Never got my teeth cleaned which is what I needed to get done.

In the two hours I was there they only got X-rays done which shouldn’t have taken more than 10 minutes. Its frustrating that I didn’t get anything done because now I have to go back to the dentist. Not to mention they will charge you $50 if you cancel your appointment….

Incredible experience! Such incredible and hardworking staff that are very passionate about their work. They take their time to explain everything and are incredibly thorough in every procedure. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Looking forward to my next visit!

Extremely disappointing experience. The X-rays took far too long, and the technician clearly lacked the proper training or confidence in what they were doing. During a routine cleaning, they broke off one of my wife’s fillings—an unacceptable level of care. Worse, they completely missed a serious infection and recommended a root canal, which could have made the situation worse.

This level of oversight is not only unprofessional, it’s dangerous. We felt misled and deeply regret trusting this office.

Highly recommend finding someone else to get your dental needs done at. I had an appointment at 10:30. I showed up at 10:15 and was called back by 10:20. They spent approximately 30 minutes taking 4 different sets of X-rays. The dentist comes in and says my X-rays look great and I have no cavities or decay or anything.

She actually said I had perfect teeth. Well about 5 minutes later she tells me I have a couple of small cavities and 2 large cavities. I thought you said my teeth looked perfect and nothing was wrong? She then tells me someone will be in to discuss insurance coverage. I wait another 15-20 minutes for someone to come in and discuss insurance coverage and the estimate now shows something different than I was verbally told. Now I have 2 large cavities and like 7 small ones??? They are also trying to get me to put a film over the perfectly healthy teeth to prevent decay which will need to be redone every 1-3 years? I was there for an hour and a half and was told 3 very different things about my teeth.

They then changed my appointment to say it was at 12pm rather than 10:30am since they took so long. I got a text confirming it. Absolutely ridiculous and seem to be only after the money. Never stepping foot near this place again.
