It is hard to imagine anyone giving this practice less than five stars. If I could give it more than five stars I could. We moved to Lancaster County recently and needed to find a dentist. I could not find one in network and ended up choosing sunshine based on its Google reviews. It has been the best decision I have ever made for my children’s dental health. Our 3 1/2 year-old had an awful cavity that progressed very quickly. Every step of the visit with sunshine was perfection. Everything was clean, well kept, the receptionist was friendly and kind, there was no wait, the hygienist sat with my toddler and went over Every aspect of the visit with her and let her touch all of the tools and utensils so that she became comfortable.

This was her first visit to Dentist ever. She was not afraid, and they made sure she was comfortable with everything. They were able to get x-rays, do an exam, even a teeth cleaning. And my daughter felt very safe and at ease. After realizing we needed to do an extraction on one tooth, we tried to find another dentist within our network, but could not. Rather than traveling, we decided to have the extraction done at sunshine as well. Again, the best experience I could have ever hoped for. Everyone was on time, everyone was friendly, there was no wait whatsoever, we felt like we were the only Patients at the office.

They were very thorough with explaining the procedure, very upfront with the cost, and could not have been more kind. I could truly go on and on about this practice, but the Google reviews speak for themselves. Even though this Dentist is not within our network, we will come here as often as we can afford to. Because it is truly the best dental practice I have ever seen in my life. I am beyond grateful for their care and Gentle kindness towards us, and our three-year-old. THANK YOU ❤️❤️❤️

Everyone at Sunshine was helpful, understanding, flexible, concerned, and accommodating when we were in a small car accident causing us to be late to our appointments for our children. They were able to have us come in just an hour to an hour and a half later so we wouldn’t need to reschedule. All of the staff showed concern for us and happiness that we were all ok; they wished us their best throughout our entire visit.

We are so grateful for how wonderful the staff are with our children (they absolutely love going to the dentist, watching tv, and getting a prize) and for how caring they were with us in our unexpected situation today. If you want great service and a practice that cares, DO NOT hesitate to make your appointments, wait the weeks or longer, and pay up front while waiting for insurance to reimburse! Sunshine is worth it!!!

I am writing this review on behalf of my sister-in-law. She asked me to translate it for her. She wanted to share how thankful she is for this amazing dental office. Her son has been going to this pediatric dental office since he was little, and over the years, it has become a place of comfort and trust for him and his family. Every visit was met with kindness and genuine care, not just for his teeth but also for him as a person. The staff has always been incredibly patient and welcoming.

Now that he’s graduating from high school, it’s time for him to “graduate” from this office that he loves. It’s a bittersweet moment. It’s going to be hard to find another dental office that feels like this one. Thank you to everyone at the practice for all the years of amazing care, compassion, and consistency.

I normally am not one to write reviews but felt it was necessary in this situation, we recently switch to Sunshine dental and our son needed some dental work done under anesthesia. They were so quick and tentative when getting him scheduled, the front desk staff is amazing and kind! We are also so pleased with all the hygienists we have got the pleasure to meet when in the office. We are most grateful to Dr. Shanley who did our sons dental procedure, she did amazing with him.

She was so kind and made sure he was comfortable and that all of our questions and concerns were answered. Overall this office has been amazing there is not anywhere they are lacking. If you are in search of a office for your kiddos this is the one!
