Been going here since I was a kid. It’s never painful and everyone is always nice so nice. All of my questions are always thoroughly answered and I actually look forward to coming back. I had an extremely bad experience at another dentist office which made me really scared to do any more work but I came back to Smilemakers and they took care of me.

Well everything seemed to be okay, I talked to the receptionist a few times. My client is disabled and in a wheelchair and I stated this a handful of times. Upon arrival there was no disability access into the building. I called the desk a few times, then decided to go in.

She was on her phone at the desk. She had no empathy about the situation and was more argumentative than anything. This place was very unprofessional I would not recommend.

I had an emergency and was able to get right in the same day. The staff were all down to earth and super friendly. The office is in an old home but it was clean and the equipment was up to date. I ended up having to have a root canal and made another appointment to come back in a few days to have a cavity filled.

The dentist(Dr. Pushkin) and both hygienists(Kelly) that worked on me were gentle and efficient. I was treated with total respect.
