Dentist is aggressive in nature. Do not question anything. You are only the patient. After my second visit I had to go back as a filling this dentist performed was cutting my tongue. The dentist told me i should "stop wasting appointment time" as though it was my fault the filling she put in my mouth was jagged. My insurance company then denied a permanent filling authorization request due to "frequency limit exceeded". I called my insurance company to learn the procedure had already been billed by "a dentist" in the last six months. This dentist was the only dentist I had seen in the past year. When I questioned this, I received only vague replies from her staff.

I requested to speak to the dentist for clarification to see if perhaps a billing arror had been made. Never heard back. Early on I was emailed a referral to see an endodonist. The file would not open on two seperate computers so I asked for a copy to be sent. Nothing received. During the middle of a second or third filling, her staff casually informed me the dentist would cease to be participating with my insurance company "shortly". I asked why I was not advised this earlier. They claim to have "just found this out". This is not how insurance works.

Dentists and doctors know MONTHS in advance when they will cease participating with insurance companies. This gives them and the patient time to make plans for continuity of care. I've since requested copies of work done with all applicable notes so that my new dentist could see what was already done. Providing this information is known as "common courtesy". It's been 3 months now and it does not surprise me I have received NOTHING from this dentist. Common courtesy is N/A here. Most unprofessional and unfortunate. I realize things happen, items can slip through cracks but the overall experience here was so negative, I felt compelled to write this even after months had passed, more as a caution to others out there seeking a dentist.

Dr. Kee and her people are fantastic!! I like that Dr. Kee does all her own work. She puts me at ease. Believe me, the dentist used to terrify me. Now I'm good. I highly recommend Dr. Kee and her great people!!😁

Just had my first visit here, and I was thoroughly impressed! The waiting area is cozy, and I loved the complimentary coffee. The dentist was friendly and personable. The office did a great job on my cleaning. Dr. Kee was informative and didn’t rush me through my questions. I left feeling well cared for and informed. Definitely recommend this office!

They never answer the phone. They never call back. When I had my appointment, I walked in a few minutes early, waited 45 minutes for someone to come to reception and tell me I had to wait 30 more minutes to be seen because she was busy…Horrible customer experience. Very degrading claiming I’m not a patient there.

I give praise where praise is needed and this establishment is not it. I recommend everyone that reads this comment and response to find yourself another dentist that actually takes full responsibility of their patients and is willing to actually communicate with you.
