I have never been to this particular dentist and it was my first time calling but I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and great customer service I received from Jessica, the customer service representative. I am looking forward to meeting the entire team at Smile team! First impressions are everything.

Jessica is definitely a great impression of the perfect representative for any dentist office.

This dental office charged my dental insurance for a cleaning when all they did was polish and spray my mouth with water. No scraping, no actual cleaning done whatsoever, but apparently the doctor signed paperwork that said she did clean when she absolutely did not because I went to a new dentist who told me my mouth needed a cleaning desperately. I had to pay for this actual cleaning out of pocket, so this dental practice owes me $125. Do not go here, they are scammers and commit insurance fraud.

I have called their billing department approximately 10 times and talked to several people and every single time, the manager "has stepped away" and "will call me back" and they never do. I am honestly considering legal action at this point.

I cancelled my appointment after realizing that the 5 star reviews are all fake and the real reviews are all 1 star. I think I dodged a bullet here. I can't imagine having gone to a place where neither the hygienists nor the dentists do their jobs. Also, it was a red flag when I called to schedule my appointment and I could hear several women at the front desk cackling loud and hysterically like hyenas in the background. Who laughs like that at the front desk of a business? So unprofessional and strange. I've never had a bad dentist experience and I expect to keep it that way. I refuse to ever let incompetent people work on my teeth.

This dentistry seems like a joke. PLEASE READ ALL OF THE 1 STAR REVIEWS IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING GOING HERE. NOTICE HOW ANYTHING OTHER THAN 1 STAR IS 5 STARS. THAT IS NOT NORMAL. ANY DECENT BUSINESS HAS A MIX OF 3, 4, AND 5 STAR REVIEWS, NOT ALL 5 STARS AND 1 STARS. DON'T LET THESE PEOPLE DAMAGE YOUR TEETH.

If I could rate it a zero, I definitely would. The way they treated me at that dentist was beyond disrespectful. And to top it off, they terminated me just because I made a video about my experience with them. Now the owner is upset because she and her team have to pay for the mistakes they made. It's clear that they are only interested in money, and it's not a laughing matter.
