I am so appreciative for this dental office. My tooth was pretty much gone and Causing me pain off and on. I went to so many dentist in the area and they would not see me with out care credit or a big payment up front. They was able to work with me and put me on a payment plan for extraction and bone graft. I was able to get an appointment same day. I dont know if its rare but I will definitely be back with my daughter and they will forever be my dental choice going forward.

Dr Cary took care of everything in what felt like 1,2,3. I loved his assertive and want to get it done attitude. Thank you Dr Cary for your work. I look forward to continue my dental health with this office! Everyone was so nice and easy to work with. I can't say thank you enough to all the staff! Thank you thank you thank you.

We were recommended to Smile Works from a friend and have been going for a couple of years. EVERYONE that works in this office is always so pleasant & helpful, the great girls up front, hygenist, Dr's, all that are there. It's not often you find a Medical office that has both, great Dr's and a great staff. Go see them you'll see.

I love Stephanie, she is my hygienist and she does a great job with the cleaning removes every little stain, she is attentive and personal. My doctor is great too but on the other site the office management very disappointing. I just received a bill ftom August of last year for cleaning service when I inquire why I have balance I was advise that my insurance rejected the payment only to find out they were processing to the wrong insurance company and now it's too late for them to submit the bill to the correct insurance.

There were no letters, phone calls or any attempts to connect with me and alarm me that the insurance did not cover. When i questioned why I was not informed the answered was previous management was just trying to resubmit without advising me on the issue, there is no accountability on their errors. Very poor service, my recommendations for them are to make sure the patients are updated in timely fashion of any issues pertaining to billing, let's make the right thing to retain your patients.
