I’ve been meaning to write this review for a bit, and then sadly this office was caught in the fire at Fountain Court plaza reminded me. (I know they already have plans to relocate). Anywho, this dentistry has saved my teeth from a lot of teeth problems I’ve accumulated over the years and I wish I found them sooner as they’re one of the only ones who accept my insurance in the area. I can’t speak for the other dentists here, as I only had Dr.
Barber, but he completely fixed my cracked/broken teeth with a filling and somehow made them look white. As well as fillings on other teeth I needed fixed. It’s like I almost have a brand new set of teeth. Very professional and nice guy and broke up my treatment plan to get everything done in about 2 months of time.
Highly would recommend. Also all the dental hygienists as well as the ladies at the front desk have been extremely helpful during my treatment plan. I hope they return to a new location soon so I can continue being a satisfied patient!

Things Have Changed!!! I have been a patient of the office for Several years. I know things have changed since losing the Fountain Court location but I developed a lot of pain in my one tooth over the Holiday and called today to be seen and set up an appointment. About two hours later I received a call back and Brooke stated she could get me in for a cleaning but I could not make an appointment to be seen by the Dr.
until March. I stated to Brooke that is a Borderline Emergency and I would like to be seen rather than set up for a cleaning. She turned condescending and said I’m returning your call.
Yes Brooke that’s part of the Job isn’t it??? I then got put on the phone with Jessica who was nice enough but the same thing I have nothing available but I can get you in for a cleaning today. I can’t even eat or drink I’m in so much pain , What makes them think I want a Cleaning done at this Time? It’s a total Joke! Stacy is the best thing happening in that office, Looks Like I will be calling Aspen Dental Maybe they can get me in Before March???

Incredible dental care from the dental assistants to the administrative office people. Dr Terry is the best dentist I have ever had. The rooms are spotless and the appointments have been always on time. I truly don't know how they do it but they have set the mark for excellence in dental care.

My review from a 1 month ago was taken down. I have been a patient for over 20 years but my last visit was not pleasant. The last few times the front desk staff have been rude & abrupt. . This visit the same attitude! Usually my check ups are fine. This time I had a new hygienist.
She made me very uncomfortable with her comments regarding and my teeth & the need for numbing gel. 3 times I had to ask her to stop. she was actually hurting me with my cleaning. I dont know what has happened lately at this office but a patient should never feel like they are being mocked by staff.
