I would give this rating a 5 star if I didn't have to deal with his staff. Dr. Simmons has been the best dentist I have even seen. His bedside manners are off the chart. He communicates with you during the entire process. Always checking to make sure you are not in pain , and if you are, he will stop, and do whatever it takes to get you back to comfortable. My, spouse is a patient, and i have referred my, sister, and few friends to him. However, his staff continuously makes me wanna know find a different dentist.

Before the pandemic, the woman that use to do the cleaning and Dr. Simmons were the only two who never had attitudes. When I needed a referral for an oral surgeon, that never happened. I had to find my own surgeon, schedule appt. And because I was in so much pain,the surgeon took care of me with any referral. Can never get any one on the pjone. ( I know they are close 1 to 2 for lunch. But outside those hours.

still no response. Then I walked into the office the next morning because I needed my afternoon appt rescheduled. Little miss attitude gonna charge me $30 cancelation fee. The word cancel was never mentioned. I said rescheduled. And if she had tookr my call the day before, it would be over 24 hours RESCHEDULING. Friends that were referred have left the practice for the same reason. Sad so sad,an awesome dentist but awful staff

Dr. Simmons and his staff are the most professional, kind, and knowledgeable people in the field of Dentistry. They treat you like family and always make sure you are comfortable no matter what. I've been a patient of Dr. Simmons for 7 years and would not think of going anywhere else.

He takes his time with each patient understanding exactly what they need and always produces outstanding results! I strongly recommend Dr. Simmons and his staff to people of all ages. . . he's the best around!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Simmons for several years now; he’s an outstanding dentist & an even nicer person. I’ve always suffered anxiety & fear having dental treatment. I foolishly avoided it until there were more serious issues. Dr. Simmons changed that. He is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He’s supportive, calming, completely accommodating & empathetic. He’s done major work on me and made it easy & tolerable.

He won’t continue working until you’re comfortable, without discomfort. On top of that, he simply does excellent work. He’s great at what he does. His staff is lovely, friendly & accommodating too. I no longer fear visiting the dentist as long as it’s Dr. Simmons. If you’re looking for a new dentist, you won’t be disappointed.
