I recently completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr. White at Smiles by White, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the very first consultation to the final appointment, Dr. White and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and care. Dr. White’s knowledge and experience with Invisalign were evident throughout my treatment. I never post negative public reviews, but I want to in regards to this as I do not want anyone else having the same experience I had (or at least is aware of what may happen). I got braces as a child, and was only given a permanent retainer as an option (if we knew the facts then, we would have asked for one you wear at night). My retainer had the glue fall off several times, which is common in permanent retainers (I have been told this by multiple different dentists over the years). When I went to Dr. White with my concerns, he said obviously my teeth didn't want to stay together, so my only option he would provide was a referral to get my 2 front teeth fused together as he did not want to repair the glued in retainer again. I did not like this option as there were several other things that could be done that don't involve bonding my teeth together. When I continued to have problems, we tried calling again to say how we were unhappy with many ways my care had been handled.

We were told they would refuse to try anything else and would not help me as Dr. White had made up his mind to only fuse my teeth. Which after talking to other dental professionals, they all said the issue was the fixed permanent retainer that kept falling off because my underbite would hit the retainer causing wear and tear. This isn't to even mention the time as a child he was working on things in my mouth and was not friendly as he often would appear. He had always said to put your hand up if you need a break. I tried multiple times, and got his attention, but he was not stopping and got annoyed when I told him that a tool he had in my mouth was hurting me. It was clear he was not in a good mood, and it seemed like he could not care less if I was having a hard time or not.

I do not like to write negative reviews, as I like to give places the benefit of the doubt, and realize we all have our bad days. But now my teeth look as they did before, I have received horrible care from an office that seems to care about you when you first arrive, and then treat you like you don't matter. My family saved a lot to give me braces, and all of their hard work was wasted simply because I had an orthodontist who wouldn't hear me, help me, or be the slightest willing to hear my concerns or allow me any other options. And I truly hope no one else has to have an experience like I did.

I’ve seen Dr. White for over 25 years (dates in pics). My front tooth didn’t come in because I had a bunch of extra baby teeth. I wore a fake tooth flipper Dr. White made for me. He replaced it several times when I lost it. He came in on weekends to replace that darn thing even because I was so embarrassed to be seen in public without it. I will never forget that. I eventually got gum surgery to expose my actual adult tooth which was at the top of my gums.

Dr. white used braces to pull down the tooth. It was basically a massive triangle in the front of my face. I saw him for years to get that tooth down. After that he spent years fixing all my other dental issues. I moved to Boston in 2009. I tried working with dentists here to fix issues with my bottom teeth that were causing my teeth to chip. I couldn’t find anyone that compared to Dr. White so I fly back to Ohio just to see him.

Everything he told me would happen with my teeth (if we did or did not do x or y) happened exactly as he said it would. For example, he told me to wait to work on my bottom teeth because they would move when I got older and I’d have to redo the work. That was correct. He could’ve lied like other dentists did to make a quick buck but he did not. He’s the only orthodontist I’ll see and only person I’ll let touch my teeth unless I’m getting them cleaned. He’s the most talented HONEST orthodontist you’ll ever come across. My 2 older sisters also saw him and say the same thing. This man has moved mountains in this mouth and I’m forever grateful for him. Doesn’t get any better than him and his team!!!

So helpful and super nice the entire process was smooth start to finish Arielle was the one who helped me the most she was amazing and definitely made me relax when I was nervous the entire Invisalign process was super smooth and they worked really hard to ensure that I was happy with my smile. I just finished my last appointment today I'm super excited with the end result!
