Dr Mohammed Saleh scammed me and the insurance company. He put braces for me and he clearly doesn’t know anything about orthodontics. He kept getting money from the insurance company for 2 years without my teeth getting better and now my teeth roots became short cuase of the braces and I cant put it again im stuck with my ugly teeth forever.

Amazing Amazing Amazing!! I had fractured my tooth on Dec 22, i went to a emergency dental service and they immediately told me i would have to have my tooth extracted. I was not happy since this was my front tooth!. . by it being around the holidays finding a dentist in a emergency is extremely hard. . thoughout this time im calling each dental place to see if i can get a appointment soon . . i called brecksville and the soonest was 1/2/25. . i accepted in the mean time i had went to angel dentist on 12/30 because they said they can see me sooner. . when i got to angel they again said they would pull the tooth but i would have to make a 2nd appointment and proceeded to place my broken to back in its place as a temporary fix. .

. i was not feeling right about this decision at all. . 1/1 came and i first started to feel pain i had not felt any pain until this point. . the next day i went to my appointment at breaksville and was outdone dr. Mo shook my hand when i first got there explained everything of what was going on with my tooth. . At this point it had started to get an infection and he said if i waited any longer i would have been in pain . . my actual tooth was barely hanging on from when the previous dentist tried to attach it back. . he proceeded to do a root canal which was painless and him and his assistants checked on me making sure i was ok.

. a temporary crown was placed on my tooth. . even on the billing aspect with insurance it would be 950 total and i only had 350 from after going to 2 other horrible dentist. . he told me thats ok pay what i can and pay the remainder when i get the permanent crown. . i am so happy i found my new dentist! They are truly amazing! Thank you for saving my tooth. >> photos are of before incident, incident and then temporary crown** update billing and office manager is trash had a horrible time through the billing process 6 months later my root canal was done wrong and going through a process to correct my current dentist told me to reach out to see what went wrong so i called the receptionist said thats not our fault. :. Do not come here

Poor Wisdom Tooth Extraction Leading to Complications I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Salah six months ago, and unfortunately, the procedure led to severe complications. Despite the extraction, a retained root was left behind, which later caused persistent pain, swelling, and infection When I returned with these issues, it was confirmed that the dentist had failed to remove the entire root requiring me to undergo a second surgery to correct their mistake. This not only caused me unnecessary pain and stress but also additional financial burden for a problem that should have been resolved in the first procedure.

A proper post-op check or X-ray could have prevented this situation. Instead, I was left dealing with avoidable complications extra medical bills, and lost time. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of thoroughness and follow-up care. Would not recommend if you want a safe and complete extraction.

If you’ve had a similar experience, consider seeking a second opinion to avoid further issues. Update:After corrective surgery with another specialist, the problem was resolved, but this should never have happened in the first place.

I had a mixed experience at this dental clinic. But still will give it 5 starts! The receptionists could be friendlier and more welcoming, as the first impression sets the tone for the visit. However, the dental tech, Hailey, was absolutely amazing—she was very thorough, professional, and clearly passionate about her work; I am looking forward for my next appointment with her in 6 months.

Dr. Saleh was also exceptional—friendly, respectful, and attentive. I’m confident in his care and look forward to my upcoming cavity treatment with him in a couple of weeks!
